We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist for their growing team in Turkiye.
Job Requirements

- Act as the implementation authority for principles, processes, guidelines, and policies for Information Technology & Security
- Timely implementation of Corporate IT guidelines in Sales and Service Company Türkiye
- Accountable for the mitigation of compliance or security report findings related to the locations in collaboration with Corporate Information Security, the Regional Information Officers, and Business Group Information Officers
- Act as the highest escalation point for IT-related issues and service desk queries in Türkiye
- Accountable for the initiation and execution of infrastructure projects
- Maintenance, development, implementation, and operations of Türkiye applications including SharePoint sites based on approved Demands / Changes
- Prioritization of IT tasks in Turkey in alignment with the Regional Information Officers
- Responsible for IT communication and marketing in Türkiye
- Cooperation with the Regional Information Officers in Turkey Budget Planning/approval and monitoring of actual, budget, and forecast
- Ensure transparency of all relevant IT costs
- Consultation with the Regional Information Officers and Business Group Information Officers in the formulation of Demands and Changes
- Collaboration with internal/external parties to ensure stable operations of Türkiye applications based on committed service levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
- Similar experience working in an infrastructure management role
- Similar experience working in a large organization and managing a service desk (troubleshooting, remote work, and support)
- Experience in managing IT projects in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with Windows Server Management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/CRM, SharePoint is a plus
- Fluency in English
