Responsibilities include:

  • Drive lead generation through high-volume prospecting (50-80 activities per day), capturing qualified leads with immense potential.
  • Utilise various communication channels, including persuasive phone calls, impactful email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, to establish connections and build relationships.
  • Get the very best from your outreach using our impressive sales enablement and sales intelligence tech stack including Gong and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and specialist teams, securing specialised meetings to assess prospects' needs and positioning Scout Talent as their ultimate solution.
  • Propel organisations toward achieving their talent acquisition potential by revolutionising their strategies and securing top-tier talent.
