What You'll be Doing
Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission based and values driven global organization? In this role, you'll coach and mentor the recruiting team as well as partner with hiring managers to recruit talent. You'll also source and screen candidates and work with the candidates through the hiring process through onboarding and providing a welcoming experience
You'll also champion TTEC as an employer of choice throughout the recruiting process. Ready to ensure a positive experience for every candidate?
You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you'll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant's journey and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Coach and mentor team members to reach for amazing
- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Work on the hiring process including salary negotiation, offers and onboarding
- Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Excellent ability to interview for required performance and skill set
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently to meet high-volume recruiting goals in an agile environment under tight deadlines
- Applicant tracking and candidate relationship management experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
