Are you self-driven and dynamic person who wants to work for industry leading global company? We are now looking for experienced & business minded Lead/Chief Mechanical Engineer for our Stationary Screens and Feeders R&D and Engineering team in Lahti, Finland - focusing primarily into infrastructure customer segment but also mining.

Your mission

You’ll focus on daily engineering activities, customer orders, technical support, and engineering change management. Essential part of work is to understand customer application challenges (rock processing) and you have natural interest for problem solving at customer site and “behind the desk”. You capture and develop new ideas and understand what adds value to the business – in product design, “ways of working” and methods.

Your character

You hold a suitable technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and you are experienced in mechanical engineering, automation. As you work in a global environment you need to be fluent in English. You are by nature interested in technology and mechanics. You are familiar working with modern design and analysis tools. Having experience in using Solidworks, Teamcenter, ANSYS, Rocky DEM, AutoCAD are considered as a merit. As an individual you are a team player committed to deliver results and have hands on attitude towards bringing theory to practice. Initiative way of working and problem-solving attitude is needed to succeed in the position.
