Job Description
Quarterdeck Restaurant and Pub, a popular and vibrant establishment, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Servers. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Position: Food and Beverage Server
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 6555 Hardy Bay Rd, Port Hardy, BC
Wage: $18 per hour
Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
– Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations when requested
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and service areas
– Process customer payments using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
– Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Qualifications:
– Previous experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.
– Strong multitasking abilities
– Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
– Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
