As we grow our content marketing operations across the global organisation, we are looking for a Content Production Project Manager to help us improve marketing efficiency and scale to meet our ambitious goals.
A day in the life of a Content Project Manager
Over the last few years, we have built a sophisticated marketing engine that relies on a continuous stream of content in multiple formats to reach multiple audiences. With lots of moving parts, we need someone who can confidently prioritise, plan and manage all of those content requirements, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely release of quality content and improve workflow processes and tools for the content production cycle.
In this role you will be:

- Briefing the creative team and follow every step from ideation to delivery, prioritising incoming marketing requests and tracking team risks or impediments.
- Guiding content projects from initial request to content creation and approval processes.
- Working with our marketing leads to define the content project scope and objectives.
- Overseeing and coordinating all governance, creative and technical aspects of the project.
- Setting and maintaining stakeholder expectations on scope and timeline; building a collaborative and constructive relationship.
- Tracking and reporting status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis.
You and the role
A natural and methodical organiser, you will be responsible for tracking multiple marketing content requests using an Optimizely CMS system on behalf of the Global Marketing Communications Team. You will be working closely with Content and Campaign Strategists, Copywriters, SEO Specialists, Martech Specialists, Designers and Videographers, ensuring that requests are prioritised and deadlines effectively managed. You will be confident bridging gaps and communicating effectively between cross-functional teams and external partners and be able to execute tasks with a positive, results-focused attitude.
What you possess
- Experience managing small-to-large-scale cross-platform content projects
- Significant experience in project management, scope and budget management
- Familiar with social media content management and editorial planning
- Have hands-on experience with content project teams and have an awareness of digital communications campaigns.
- Ideally, you will also have experience in a B2B environment using Content Marketing Platform Systems (Optimizely / ‘Welcome’ preferred but not essential).
