Introduction
We are looking for an independent coach for our branch in Türkiye with the goal of promoting the employee wellbeing, healthy work environment and culture. The internal coach will help the employees to embrace their full potential for growth and improvement. As an independent consultant, the internal coach will provide support to the employees with achieving their goals, finding life-balance, improving their wellbeing and helping them to cope with difficult times.
The TurkStream Offshore Pipeline starts in Anapa, Russia, running over 900 kilometres through the Black Sea to the Turkish coast. The pipeline will help secure energy supplies to Turkey and South-Eastern Europe in a reliable and sustainable way. We have used state-of-the-art technology, materials and equipment, to safeguard the pipeline’s safe operation for many decades to come.
- Provide independent coaching services at the workplace up to 2-3 days a week;
- Help the employees to define their personal goals and develop actionable strategy to achieve these goals;
- Offer opportunity to pursue individual and professional development in a confidential set up;
- Conduct one-to-one sessions to support employees with mental and emotional wellbeing, employee engagement, stress management, communication skills, cooperation skills, problem solving, effectiveness, time management, more balance in the relationships (manager, colleagues, partner, children), self-confidence, value-based coaching (e.g. increased sense of tolerance, patience, compassion);
- Help mitigate challenges, transitions, changes through enhancing employees’ analytical and emotional abilities;
- Listen and ask questions, conduct in-depth interviews, provide feedback and challenge employees to help them find the best solutions that seem to fit to the unique situation;
- Provide tools and resources to support working memory and increase concentration;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral sciences or related fields; studying Psychology is a plus;
- ICF International Coaching Federation certified or graduated from a (national or international) school which is ICF certified;
- Minimum of 500 hours of coaching in the past two years;
- Completing courses in business is an asset;
- Specialized in both corporate and private topics, so she/he can cover the issues related to work/life balance);
- Mindfulness practices and breathing techniques are a plus;
- Effective communication skills; listening skills on different levels, effective questioning skills, ability to build rapport and giving constructive feedback;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Previous experience with multicultural environment;
- Language skills: Turkish – native or bilingual proficiency, English – fluent.
